NetIron Data Collection Tool

Download the NetIron Data Collection Tool* below, a single mechanism which collects the majority of Support data needed for expedited case diagnosis. Here is how the NetIron Data Collection Tool works:

  • The tool connects to a device and examines the running configuration and hardware. It uses that information to generate the command set used to collect the support data required.
  • Data files are created containing the output of those commands to provide Support Engineers with the necessary information to assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • The tool automatically creates the appropriate “Safe Commands” set based on the hardware and firmware detected during the initial connection.
